Returns

You may return most new, unused items within 10 days of delivery for a refund. Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition, with all components included.

A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount to cover inspection, repackaging, and processing costs. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

To initiate a return, please contact us at [info@theroyalmahjongsociety.com] with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide return instructions and a shipping label if applicable.

Exclusions

Because of the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on:
Opened or used Mahjong tile sets - they must still be sealed in plastic shrink wrap.

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos so we can make it right.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund (minus the 10% restocking fee) will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, simply return your original purchase and place a new order.
