Orders are generally shipped within 1-2 business days. We ship from Rhode Island - transit time depends on your distance from us. Most orders have a transit time of 2-4 days.

Delivery is free in US for purchases over $100. Otherwise, delivery is $6.99 - $9.99 for economy (dependent on purchase price). Fedex rates are available and calculated by the carrier based on purchase and delivery location.

Occasionally, yes. We receive many requests and are only able to support a limited number of initiatives each year. When possible, we prioritize events that are local to us in Rhode Island or those that align closely with our brand and community.

No it's not mandatory. But it is highly recommended. Indeed, it will allow you to find your history, edit your addresses and track your parcel online faster. You will also be notified of new products and special events.
